We print within 48 hours of your order. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days in metro cities and up to 7 days elsewhere in India. You get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our studio.
Send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Yes. Use the customiser on the home page or the upload option on any product. We check every file before printing and email you if the resolution is too low.
UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery for orders under ₹3,000.
Creators set their own price above our base cost and keep the difference. Earnings are paid to a bank account every Monday once the balance passes ₹500.
